Do you think you have good technical skills? You think you can benefit others from your knowledge of a very popular tool? Wish to share this knowledge with others for a good cause? Then you should be presenting at the SkillsCamp. This one day event scheduled for 18th of August is aimed at sharing knowledge of various tools technologies for the benefit of those who do not have the privilege of learning it from the very best in the industry or academia. You could talk about any technology topic for a short span of say two consecutive sessions of 30 minutes to cover a certain topic in depth. There is nothing stopping you from conducting a whole day long seminar on a topic you think will benefit the attendees. (I would love to see a day long workshop to play around with pointers and then differentiate them with what iterators in STL!)

Well if you do not fall in the first category then you are probably looking at some session to enhance your knowledge. You can very well ask for the sessions on the website "http://barcamp.org/SkillsCampPune". So what are you guys waiting for check the sessions already scheduled and check for some good ones in the queue.

Those who do not fall in to these categories may well do a round there and get hang of these new type of meetings where all of you are equally important. Just come along try make some social connections in the technical domain and may be if you like at the spur of the moment you can speak as well.
